Shipping Policy
We ship all orders transparently and efficiently. Below are our official timelines, rates, and tracking procedures.
• Processing Time: Orders take 4-5 business days to package and ship from our warehouse.
• Shipping Destinations: We ship to all addresses worldwide.
• Rates & Delivery: Standard shipping takes 3–4 business days for Local orders at a flat rate of $6.20 and 5–7 business days for International orders at a rate of $60-$65.
• Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is processed by the third party courier service.
• Damages & Loss: If your item arrives damaged, email sales@mahogany.style within 48 hours for a replacement.
Refund & Return Policy
If you are not satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Return Window: You must initiate your return within 30 days from the date your package was delivered.
• Item Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Exclusions: Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized goods cannot be returned or refunded.
• How to Return: Email sales@mahogany.style with your order number to receive our return warehouse address.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
• Refund Processing: Once received, we inspect your item and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
