Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Mahogany (mahogany.style). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of our products. By placing an order, you agree to these terms — please read them carefully.

1. About us Mahogany is a high-fashion denim brand based in Nigeria, offering made-to-order women's clothing shipped within Nigeria and internationally. Contact us at info@mahogany.style.

2. Our products All items are made to order and finished by hand. Because each piece is individually crafted, slight variations in colour, texture and finish are natural and are not considered defects. Product images are for illustration; on-screen colours may differ slightly from the finished garment.

3. Sizing and measurements To achieve the best fit, we ask for your size and body measurements (such as height, bust, waist and hips) at checkout. It is your responsibility to provide accurate measurements. Garments made to the measurements you provide are produced specifically for you — please see our Refund Policy for how made-to-order items are handled.

4. Pricing and currency Prices are set in Nigerian Naira (₦). Where prices are shown in another currency, this is an approximate conversion for your convenience; the amount charged may be in Naira or in your selected currency, as indicated at checkout. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own conversion or foreign-transaction fees. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices before an order is placed.

5. Orders and payment Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers (including Flutterwave); we do not store your full card details. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully received.

6. Production and delivery As items are made to order, please allow for the production time shown on each product page before dispatch. We ship within Nigeria and worldwide via trusted couriers (including DHL). Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs or events beyond our control. Any customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Returns, exchanges and refunds Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it before ordering, noting that made-to-order and made-to-measure items may be treated differently from standard stock.

8. Intellectual property & trademark The MAHOGANY name and logo are trademarks of Mahogany and may not be used, reproduced, imitated or displayed without our prior written permission. All other content on this website — including our designs, images, product photography and text — is the property of Mahogany and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mahogany shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our website or products, and our total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

10. Privacy Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

12. Changes We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published here at the time of your order applies to that order.
