Payment information: card and payment details are collected and processed directly by our payment providers (Paystack and Flutterwave). We do not store your full card number. Information collected automatically: when you browse our site we may collect device and usage data through cookies and similar technologies (for example your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at our site).

2. How we use your information We use your information to: process and deliver your orders, and craft made-to-measure items to your size; communicate with you about your order, respond to enquiries, and send order/shipping updates; process payments and prevent fraud; improve our website, products and customer experience; send you marketing or promotional messages where you have consented, and remind you of items left in your cart. You can opt out at any time.

3. Cookies and tracking We use cookies and marketing/analytics tools (which may include Meta/Facebook, TikTok and Google) to run the site, understand traffic, and show relevant ads. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

4. How we share your information We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed with:

payment processors (Paystack, Flutterwave) to take payment; courier and logistics partners (such as DHL) to deliver your order; service providers who help us run our business (email, hosting, analytics), under confidentiality obligations; authorities, where required by law.
